The one exception is CAQH's own platform rule: the provider must personally log in and click to attest. That's a CAQH requirement, not a TrueEnroll limitation — we prepare everything up to that point and walk the provider through that two-minute step.

Jonathan Banda
Co-Founder · Head of Credentialing & Payer Relations
Jonathan leads every enrollment TrueEnroll submits and co-built the platform behind them. He holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration (2020) and has worked since 2015 in his family's business, which has been in revenue cycle management for more than 30 years.
A healthcare consultant, administrator, and entrepreneur, he brings an operator's perspective to credentialing, enrollments, and RCM: how enrollment decisions affect a practice's revenue, staffing, and growth. He directs TrueEnroll's enrollment strategy and payer relationships, from first submission through approval.
Manuel Conde
Co-Founder · Head of Technology & Operations
Manuel co-built the TrueEnroll platform with Jonathan and leads its technology and operations. His background is in business management, sales, and process automation, leading operations at a regional scale across South Texas.
He brings large-scale operational discipline to a field that usually runs on memory and spreadsheets: every field is traceable, every deadline is tracked, and every client can log in and see where each application stands.
