The Problem

Credentialing is broken by design

Every practice knows the pain. Providers wait weeks because of avoidable errors that happen before anything reaches the payer.

Manual Copy-Paste Errors

Transferring data from TMHP to CAQH by hand introduces typos, transposed dates, and mismatched fields that trigger rejections.

No Traceability

When a payer questions your data, you can't prove where it came from. No source, no timestamp, no audit trail — just "we think this is correct."

Endless Provider Follow-Up

Missing fields mean repeated calls and emails to providers who've already given you the information once. Weeks lost before billing starts.

What We Handle

Everything to get your providers billable

One engagement covers every system a Texas Medicaid provider has to clear — enrollment, verification, and the payer applications that actually unlock billing.

TMHP Enrollment

New enrollments, group applications, provider updates, and annual revalidations.

CAQH ProView Profile

Built from verified data and kept attested and current — never overwritten.

MCO Applications

All four Hidalgo MCOs — Molina, Superior, Driscoll, and UnitedHealthcare.

PECOS / Medicare

Medicare enrollment through PECOS where your providers need it.

Primary-Source Verification

Licenses, DEA, malpractice, and work history — verified at the source.

Renewal & Expiry Monitoring

CAQH re-attestation, license and DEA expirations, and each MCO application clock.

The Solution

From provider list to fully enrolled — in 4 steps

TrueEnroll handles every step of credentialing and enrollment for Texas Medicaid providers, so nothing is submitted until it's verified and approved.

1

Share Your Providers

Send us your provider roster or start from scratch. We collect everything through guided intake forms — no spreadsheets, no back-and-forth.

2

We Verify Every Credential

Licenses, DEA, malpractice, work history — each one is verified against the primary source. Every gap is flagged before it becomes a problem.

3

Review & Sign Off

A named TrueEnroll coordinator reviews your providers' records with you. Nothing moves forward until you've approved it.

4

We Submit & Track

We submit to CAQH, TMHP, PECOS, and every MCO your providers need. Then we monitor renewals and re-attestations so nothing lapses.

The Platform

Every provider. Every status. One screen.

TrueEnroll isn't a spreadsheet and an inbox. Every provider's status across TMHP, CAQH, PECOS, and all four MCOs lives in one command center — updated as we work, visible to you the whole way.

Live enrollment tracker

See exactly where every provider stands — submitted, in review, approved, or needs action — for each payer, at a glance.

Nothing lapses

We track CAQH re-attestation dates, license and DEA expirations, and each MCO's application clock — and act before any of them lapse.

Read-only provider portal

Your providers can check their own status without calling you. One login, always current — no status-update emails to chase.

Our Specialization

We only do Texas Medicaid.

Not general credentialing. Not multi-state. Texas Medicaid — TMHP enrollment, verified CAQH profiles, and submission to every MCO your providers need to bill through.

TMHP Direct Enrollment

Texas Medicaid routes through the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership first. We submit directly — new enrollments, group applications, provider updates, and annual revalidations.

Four MCOs, Four Processes

Every Texas Medicaid MCO has its own enrollment application, timelines, and contact protocols. We handle all four — and we know the differences between them.

Program-Specific Requirements

STAR, STAR+PLUS, STAR Kids, and CHIP each have different eligibility rules and payer expectations. We credential providers for the exact programs their practice participates in.

Texas Medicaid Programs We Work With

STAR

Acute care for children, pregnant women, and families who qualify for Medicaid.

STAR+PLUS

Managed care for adults with disabilities and complex needs requiring long-term services.

STAR Kids

Specialized program for children and young adults with physical disabilities or complex conditions.

CHIP

Children's Health Insurance Program for kids in families who earn too much for Medicaid but still need coverage.

MCO Coverage

Every Texas Medicaid MCO. One engagement.

Your providers need to bill through whichever MCOs their patients use. We enroll them in all four — one engagement, complete coverage.

MH

Molina Healthcare

of Texas

One of the largest Medicaid plans in Texas. Serves Hidalgo and surrounding counties through STAR, STAR+PLUS, and CHIP — covering families, adults, and children.

STAR STAR+PLUS CHIP
SHP

Superior HealthPlan

a Centene Company

The only MCO in the Hidalgo Service Area offering all four Texas Medicaid programs. Broadest coverage, most complex enrollment requirements — we know them well.

STAR STAR+PLUS STAR Kids CHIP
DHP

Driscoll Health Plan

Rio Grande Valley–based

An RGV-based plan with deep roots in pediatric and family care. Specialized focus on STAR Kids for children with complex medical needs — requires separate credentialing from other MCOs.

STAR STAR Kids
UHC

UnitedHealthcare Community Plan

of Texas

A national plan with Texas-specific enrollment processes. Separate application from TMHP — requires CAQH attestation and direct payer credentialing review before providers can bill.

STAR STAR+PLUS STAR Kids

Currently serving: Hidalgo Service Area

Based in the Rio Grande Valley. All four MCOs above operate in the Hidalgo Service Area — we know the local payer landscape, processing timelines, and exactly who to call when something stalls.

Features

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Complete Provider Record

A structured, field-by-field record of every provider — built from authorized sources, updated incrementally, never overwritten.

Verified Fields Only

Fields are classified as Verified, Probable, Needs Review, or Conflict. Only verified data enters your CAQH profile.

Human Approval Gate

No data reaches CAQH without a named TrueEnroll coordinator reviewing and approving it — your team doesn't need credentialing staff of your own.

Complete Audit Trail

Every field change, review decision, and approval is logged with a timestamp and the name of the person who made it.

Gap Detection

TrueEnroll identifies exactly which CAQH-required fields are missing and sends providers a targeted form to fill only what's needed.

Instant Notifications

Get an email the moment a provider submits their form — with a direct link to their updated profile and completeness score.

Why TrueEnroll

A national platform treats Texas Medicaid as a footnote. We treat it as the whole job.

The big credentialing platforms are built for multi-state health systems and payers. If you bill Texas Medicaid in the Rio Grande Valley, most of their product doesn't apply to you — and the parts that do get generic treatment.

A national credentialing platform

  • Built for multi-state scope and enterprise health systems you're not part of.
  • Texas Medicaid MCOs are one payer config among hundreds — no local depth.
  • Enterprise contracts and pricing scaled for hospitals, not RGV practices.
  • A support queue that's never actually worked a Superior or Driscoll application.

TrueEnroll

  • 100% Texas Medicaid — TMHP, CAQH, and all four Hidalgo MCOs. Nothing else.
  • We know each MCO's real process, timelines, and exactly who to call when it stalls.
  • Human-verified before submission, with a full audit trail on every field.
  • Local, bilingual, and priced for solo, small, and group RGV practices.

Who It's For

Built for Texas providers

If you bill Texas Medicaid through TMHP or any of the four MCOs, TrueEnroll was built for you.

Texas Solo & Small Practices

You don't have a dedicated credentialing team — and you shouldn't need one. TrueEnroll handles TMHP and all four MCO enrollments so you can focus on patient care, not payer portals.

Texas Group Practices

Managing multiple providers means managing multiple TMHP enrollments, CAQH profiles, and MCO applications across four payers. TrueEnroll tracks every provider's status from one place.

RGV Practice Administrators

You know the Hidalgo Service Area. We know the payer landscape — TMHP processing timelines, each MCO's contact protocols, and exactly what each plan needs to credential a new provider.

The question everyone asks first

Does TrueEnroll actually submit to CAQH, or just hand me a PDF?

We submit it. TrueEnroll handles TMHP enrollment, the full CAQH ProView profile build, and submission end to end — your team isn't doing manual data entry or portal work. The one exception is CAQH's own platform rule: the provider must personally log in and click to attest. That's a CAQH requirement, not a TrueEnroll limitation — we prepare everything up to that point and walk the provider through that two-minute step.

The Team

Two founders. Both sides of the problem.

One brings 30 years of family expertise in healthcare billing and credentialing. The other builds the systems that make that expertise scale.

JB

Jonathan Banda

Co-Founder · Credentialing Lead

The credentialing knowledge behind TrueEnroll. Jonathan holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration (2020) and has been active in the industry since 2015 — learning directly from his father, who has run a medical billing and RCM business for over 30 years.

He handles every TMHP enrollment, CAQH ProView profile, and MCO application the team submits. When a payer stalls or a field gets flagged, Jonathan is the one who knows exactly what to do next.

MC

Manuel Conde

Co-Founder · CTO

The systems builder behind TrueEnroll. Manuel has 4 years in sales and automation — building workflow tools at Cobalt Digital Marketing (as Director and Client Coordinator) and a performance automation tool for Pepsi's local zone team.

He built the platform running today. His role is to meet Jonathan's credentialing expertise where it is and turn it into systems that are fast, traceable, and repeatable at scale.

How TrueEnroll started

We met at church in the Rio Grande Valley. One conversation about how tedious and labor-intensive healthcare billing and credentialing actually is — and how no one had built a real system to fix it — and we got to work.
